AJ is a seasoned producer and recording engineer with over 15 years of experience working with singers and artists across multiple cities, including Philadelphia, London, NYC, and now LA. As a staff producer at the Buddy Project in NYC and the owner of Biscuit Town Recording Co., he has honed his craft in various studios, emphasizing vocal production and artist development.
With a BFA in Musical Theater from UArts in Philadelphia, AJ prioritizes a collaborative approach that empowers artists to grow and build their careers, standing apart from modern producers who focus solely on beat making.

Frank Pike
Frank is a dynamic musician whose genre-blending sound weaves together elements of psychedelic rock, dub, and electronica. He currently writes and produces for three distinct projects while promoting music and jam nights throughout the city.
Having started his musical journey with blues and jazz guitar, Frank discovered the joys of synthesis, and now he’s often found crafting unique sounds with his Arturia Minibrute and a collection of effects pedals. With a wealth of material on his hard drive, he has begun creating sync music to utilize his extensive catalog.

Thomas Gardner Jr.
Thomas Gardner Jr. is a versatile musician, songwriter, and guitarist best known as a member of Yächtley Crëw, a band that blends classic yacht rock with contemporary flair. When he’s not “rocking the boat” with the band, Gardner is writing songs. For over 20 years he’s written songs for his own projects as well as others, placing music in both film and TV.
With an MBA from the University of Rhode Island, Thomas approaches his art with the same dedication and strategic mindset that defines his business acumen. Mixing his influences of rock, jazz, folk, and indie with AJ Pillette’s producing expertise and innovation, the two create tracks that are fresh and different without losing palatability.

Max Silver
Max Silver is a Los Angeles-based music producer, studio owner, FOH audio engineer, and artist with nearly two decades of experience in the music industry. He leads the band Deep Fryd Dynamite and produces music under the name Maxim Adams, where he collaborates with a wide range of local talent to create bold, genre-blurring sounds. Max has mixed and mastered legendary artists from around the world, both in his studio and at iconic venues like The Troubadour, Dreamland and Grand Performances in DTLA.
Max’s creative work spans across both studio production and live performance, always driven by a passion for music’s ability to connect, inspire, and transform. His approach blends technical expertise with a deep commitment to artistic expression, creating a dynamic space for musicians to push boundaries and explore new possibilities.
