Originally founded in a historic London neighborhood once known for its biscuit production, Biscuit Town Recording Co. was created by AJ Pillette with a vision to transform the recording experience. The area, affectionately dubbed “Biscuit Town” after the Peak Frean biscuit factory that once thrived there, now serves as the backdrop for a creative hub dedicated to artistic excellence and innovation.
Today, we’ve relocated to the vibrant and artistic community of Venice in Los Angeles, where we continue to build on our rich legacy with a fresh perspective and renewed energy.
